MUSIC MONTH: Song of the day Diecinueve
There are two types of people in this world. There are people that got it and there are just people that don’t. Music has the best way of separating out these two types of individuals. This is as one set, as Ally McBeal’s John Cage would say, clearly don’t hear the bells….
You know that feeling after you find out there’s some gathering one weekend where someone you really like is going to be there and you decide to fork out some money on that nice dress/top that is definitely a size too small and then you work your ass off, determined to get into it.
Then you get there and this person sees you out of your normal comfort drabs you normally wear, chat to you, converse and it all leads to somewhere quite magical over the course of the evening.
Then somewhere over the night (or morning), you part ways and arrange to spend more time with each other in the future.
Remember that beaming smile you had on your face while you spent the rest of the sunday,
yeah, there’s nothing quite like it.
The world could be ending around you and it wouldn’t begin to crack that beaming look of contentness.
Here’s some cloud walking music to fit the mood, a song to annoy those ‘miserable bastards’ you encounter (before the misery of un-replied texts come afoot)
